Obviously, we could do this by hand and send a tech out to make this happen, however this doesn't seem like the best solution. 1 = The Offline Address Book uses the Download Full Items download mode. 2 = Download the Offline Address Book in any download mode, but download a differential update in the Header only download mode.

This situation however is extremely rare since the default maintenance time on Exchange is at AM and updates and downloads are usually performed during working hours.

Users want to have the caching on, since many work at home and take their lap tops home. I was thinking I could run the process at am then make the file on the exchange server to update.
